About Daniel Lozano
I was born in Colombia and moved with my family to Houston, Texas, when I was seven years old, so I’ve called this city home for most of my life. Growing up in the Spring Branch area, I’m deeply familiar with Houston’s diverse neighborhoods and am bilingual in English and Spanish.
I graduated from the University of Houston in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration. After that, I co-founded a boutique personal training studio and ran it for three years before transitioning into metal fabrication by acquiring ProFab. I transformed ProFab from a fencing-focused business into a high-end ornamental and architectural metalwork company. My work often takes me all across Houston, keeping me closely connected to the local community.
In addition to running ProFab, I’ve gained valuable experience flipping homes and managing renovations, which sparked my interest in the mortgage industry. Now, as a loan officer with RE.CAP under Zapata Capital, I understand that the loan process can be daunting and filled with complex details. My goal is to bring transparency, clarity, and ease of understanding so my clients feel confident every step of the way.
